With the wall paper removed, walls and closets painted, new garage floor installed, creative landscaping, an endless tunnel of personal belongings transported and donated, and remodeling touches too numerous to count, since August 1 when we signed on the dotted line, we've been able to say, "The Tandem house is sold."
